  • The video must clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, and the unboxing process.

  • This video will serve as mandatory proof for any return or refund claim.

⚠️ No claims will be accepted without proper unboxing video evidence.

2. Claim Timeframe

  • All return or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving your order.

  • Any claims made after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Non-Acceptable Reasons

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Dislike of product texture, fragrance, or results

All purchases are considered final unless they meet the valid claim criteria.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
